Here are 3 robots I created for an interactive video exibit called “Math Alive!” which was featured at the Smithsonian Museum.

My challenge was to create three distinctly different robots that were hip and cool to appeal to children. Once kids were engaged, they could explain how math was cool and used around us everyday in real life. These characters popped up throughout the exhibit in different locations.

All three characters started off with rough designs. Once an initial design direction was chosen, color form and color language was refined for each robot. Final designs were selected, it was onto character turn arounds.
