Well, not really an official “teaser” at this point, but definitely a thrilling look at what is coming! This seems to be more of a screen test for the visuals than anything else, but non the less cool! I still can’t believe they are actually making a sequel to one of the films that turned me on to Sci-Fi when I was a kid. All I remember when I walked out was that I had no idea what I had just seen, but I thought it was incredible to watch! (probably the general consensus at the time and why it flopped at the box office!)
One of the best parts of this film was the relationship between the computer generated beings (“programs”) and the humans who created them (“users”). Like a lot of great Sci-Fi there was a spiritual aspect that was subtle but really added a some depth to the film. There were even non-believing oppressive “programs” that persecuted the believers!
